Ooop! Something doesn’t fit or not quite your style. No problem, feel free to send it back to us!

At Coastal Posh Boutique, it is our top priority to provide superior service to our loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right for you!

Please check over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that error sorted out for you!

Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only-

*Items are eligible for return if:

-Items are received within 14 days from the original purchased date

-All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, and have the original tags still attached

-All items are free of make –up, deodorant, perfume, stains, smoke, and pet odor

The following items are “Final Sale” no exceptions

-All Sale/Clearance items

-Bathing suits, jewelry, monogrammed personalized items, undergarments.

We are not responsible for customer error when washing garments. Please read care labels carefully. We highly recommend boutique clothing washed delicately and hung to dry.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! You can contact us at coastalposhboutique@gmail.com. It is our goal to provide fast shipping, and therefore, we strive to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible! If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order. All cancelled orders will be issued store credit only.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. A full store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card emailed to the email address entered at checkout.

Also, we suggest you send your item(s) back using USPS, as they will provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit to us.
